SOL wins customer service excellence awards

Sol EC Ltd St Vincent and the Grenadines has again won customer service excellence awards through its Shell branded retail sites.{{more}}

This customer service programme is conducted every quarter and is based on monthly audits, a mystery motorist programme and other site factors.

Martello Investments, Pembroke, and Richardson Motors Ltd, Arnos Vale, in quarter two (Q2- April- June) 2013 both have won gold awards on the back of winning three silver awards in Q1.

“It shows that we are doing something right in SVG that we can win service awards and be recognized for the hard work put in by the retailers, their staff and us here at Sol”.

Monetary awards are given to winning sites at different levels. Gold award receives XC$4,754.76; Silver I award winner receives XC$3,803.66; Silver II award winner receives XC$2,852.75; Silver III award winner receives XC$2,377.29.

The programme is conducted by Shell Brands International through Sol EC Ltd, in all territories where it operates using Shell branded service stations.
