Canouan gets new LIME store
LIME opened its refurbished retail store in Canouan on the Whitsun weekend.{{more}} The premiere telecommunications provider opened its remodeled customer service office on Bequia during the Easter weekend and this move south into Canouan signals a concerted effort to upgrade the service to the customers in the Grenadine Islands. Canouan customers can now shop and conduct business in an environment experienced in metropolitan countries.
The opening ceremony was attended by several Canouan residents; notably present was Linda Telemaque, the longest standing customer, who first received her fixed line connection in 2003 and has received impeccable service since then, a release from LIME said.
âI love my LIME, it sweet and I Iove it,â Telemaque said as she delivered a speech to express her experience with the telecommunication provider.
âCable and Wireless, now LIME, has never given me any reason to leave them. The workers here are very friendly and as soon as I report a problem it is attended to,â said Telemaque.
General Manager Leslie Jack recounted his relationship with Canouan and revealed that his grandfather is from Bequia and he is a Canouan man.
âWe have neglected the Grenadines over the years and we are about to change that. We have remodeled the stores in Bequia and Canouan. Union Island is next and we are doing this because we have to give our customers a better shopping experience. We are not only in the customer services business, we are also in the retail business as well, so we have to make our accommodations more appealing and comfortable for our customers,â said Jack.
The opening of the remodeled store comes on the heels of the launch of the LIME 357 Free Up promotions, where customers can get 57 minutes Free after they talk for 3 minutes on the same call.
The project was managed by Retail Stores Manager Nikala Williams.
