NIS releases its E-Submit plus program today

The Information Communication Technology (ICT) Department of the National Insurance Services (NIS) will release its E-Submit+ program at 9:00 a.m. today.{{more}}

The program is geared specifically to upgrade the existing E-Submit programme.

The software targets all categories of employers – those who use payroll software and those who do not use payroll systems.

Some of the enhanced features of the E-Submit+ are: Enabling employers to submit contribution records 24/7; provision of a facility to add and maintain employee records; the ability to save schedules and continue work at a later time without losing data; the ability to download and print scheduled reports; the ability to accept Microsoft Excel’s csv file formats.

Additionally, the system does not require the installation of any software on the employers’ premises, and provides Electronic Wage Reporting integration.

A release from the NIS said the software is being released “in an effort to continually upgrade (their) processes and to ensure that (their) services are relevant to contemporary users…”
