LIME celebrates Customer Satisfaction Week
LIME customers were treated to an unforgettable experience this entire week as the telecommunications provider celebrated Customer Satisfaction Week. The week began on Monday, April 23 with attention being paid to senior citizens.{{more}}
LIME customers over the age of 60 years received special attention from the Community Nursing Division, headed by Sister Roach from the Ministry of Health and the Environment. Samuel Young, 98, graced the store with his presence as the longest serving customer.
Prepaid customers received bonus credit on Tuesday. Triland Inc, producers of Quencher fruit drink, were also in the LIME Halifax Street Retail store, quenching the thirst of LIME customers. Free switch was offered to persons who felt jealous of all the goodies with which LIME customers were showered.
Wednesday was the day dedicated to postpaid customers, who received a free modem and installation for switching from the competition. Fixed line customers received free fixed line phone and installation and mobile customers got 100 free points, redeemable to any product. And the fun didnât stop there, as Amway Cosmetics were in the house to give complimentary facial and skin care.
Vendors got their time on Thursday. The top five longest standing vendors received a special gift from the General Manager. Additionally, all vendors topping up got an extra 10 per cent value for good measure, plus a LIME goodie bag.
The fun culminates today, which is âMeet and Greetâ Day. All Managers will meet and greet customers and customers will be treated with breakfast, compliments Coreas. Members of the management team will serve refreshments to customers.
The day will end with a short ceremony, where gifts will be handed to the first 30 fixed line phones, to the longest standing customers, the oldest LIME customer and the top spending prepaid and postpaid customers.
