Hinds, who hails from Chauncey, attended Clare Valley Government School and Bishopâs College Kingstown before migrating to the United States. Karen has authored 5 business books and is the CEO/Founder of Karen Hinds Enterprises, which includes Workplace Success Group, an employee training and development organization, and the Teen Success Institute, devoted to inspiring and transforming the lives of young people, 12-19, to make wise choices personally and professionally.
Hinds is in St Vincent and the Grenadines and then heads to Barbados to lay the groundwork for future events centered around career and business development, but will kick off with a very different conference in St Vincent next year. The Phenomenal Woman Conference is a 2-day event that will empower, energize and motivate women, young and mature, to be bold in the pursuit of their goals and dreams while learning how to successfully manage the challenges of life through faith. Itâs a 2-day event designed to give women a break from their everyday lives and create a space for them to laugh and to live with passion and purpose.
âI am excited to be back in the Caribbean again, promoting our events and especially thrilled to have the opportunity to work with young people on this visit,â said Hinds.
While in St Vincent, Hinds will be the guest speaker at the Rotary luncheon on May 3, at 12:30 p.m. at Grenadine House. On Friday afternoon, May 4, she will be at Gaymes Bookstore at 1:00 p.m. signing copies of her books, and on Tuesday, May 8 at 5:00 p.m., she will lead a town hall meeting at the Methodist Hall, especially for our young people on preparing for success in the workplace. This town hall meeting is open to the general public and is free. All are welcome.
