Watch out for Omesha’s journey through SVG

Beginning Tuesday, February 28, Omesha, 21, will write feature articles about people, places, customs, activities, our heritage, trends, systems; the ordinary and the extraordinary, from every nook and cranny of St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

Readers are invited to join this young woman, who has been a reporter since she left the Division of Arts, Sciences and General Studies of the Community College in 2008, on her journey of exploration.

Her features will be published each week in the Midweek edition of SEARCHLIGHT.

Next Tuesday’s feature will look at the practice of backyard farming, and the prime example Omesha came upon in an unlikely location.
