United lends a helping hand to the St. Benedict’s Project

In handing over the cheque to Sister Nyra Anne Pajotte. Carm, Tamara Brackin of United Insurance Centre stated that they had become involved in the Project because they recognized the role of the two institutions in providing for the less fortunate of St Vincent and the Grenadines.

“This is a project which is dear to our hearts, noted Brackin. “The knowledge that the support we provide will go towards a new building for children who really need a place to call home and will give the less fortunate a place for their toddlers to receive a meal and a sound pre-school education is why we got involved in the first place. This project embodies the kind of community-building efforts with which we and United Insurance are always happy to be associated. We are looking forward to providing more support in the future.”

“We are very grateful for the assistance which United Insurance Centre has provided. This will go a long way in making our new building a reality and allowing us to support the individuals who need it most,” noted Sister Nyra Anne Pajotte. Carm.

United Insurance Centre is one of two local Agents for United Insurance – one of the leading general insurance companies in the Caribbean and which operates in 14 countries. Like United, the company actively supports the community and is involved in the Bequia Regatta and the United Insurance Secondary Schools Cricket Competition.
