Caesar, 30, an attorney-at-law by profession, is the son of real estate agent Lex Caesar and his wife Valarie, while Browne, 31, is the daughter of attorney-at-law Theodore Browne and his wife Laura, former Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Education. Dr. Browne is a specialist in Internal Medicine, with nephrology being her sub-specialty.

The wedding took place at the Streams of Power Church at Sion Hill in a ceremony at which Pastor Errol Daniel was the marriage officer. The homily was delivered by Reverend John Gumbs of Anguilla, a relative of the bride.

Ever mindful of his role as the chief marketer of this country’s tourism product, the groom, who is also parliamentary representative for South Central Windward, chose the Rawacou Recreation site, picturesquely located on the south eastern coast of St. Vincent, as the venue for the wedding reception.

Caesar’s best man was Al Elliott of St. Lucia, while the matron of honour was the bride’s sister Rechanne Browne Matthias. The groomsmen were Shaquille Browne, Wade Jack, Gregory Matthias and Max Toney. The bride was attended by her sisters and sisters-in-law: Tamiar and Valina Browne and Lekeicha and Vatalie Caesar.
