‘Cooking with VincyKlus’ is the newest publication to hit bookstores here.{{more}}

VincyKlus launched the cookbook on Thursday, March 24.

The book is a compilation of local recipes using all local products, said Erica McIntosh, Vice President of VincyKlus.

According to McIntosh, persons, including visitors, would often buy products and have no idea how to use them.

“For example, a lot of people do not know how to use pepper sauce,” she contended, adding that most foreigners confuse Caribbean pepper sauce with tobacco sauce.

“We have to teach our people how to use our products,” McIntosh stated.

Copies are being sold at $10 and all funds will go towards the setting up of an account for the organization.
