The Carnival Development Corporation (CDC) has announced that the preliminaries for the Junior Calypso / Soca competitions for Vincy Mas 2011 will take place at Red Cross Headquarters, Kingstown, on Friday, March 18, for Primary Schools and on Saturday, March 19, for Secondary School participants.{{more}}

Judging will be from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon daily.

The CDC looks forward to representatives from all schools as each participant contests the coveted monarch title.
