The group launches its project today, Friday, at the school.

A release from the school said: “We hope to educate the public on the importance of water conservation by using various activities.”

The motto that epitomizes the goals of our activities is “Knowledge empowers”. “We therefore hope to provide the public with the requisite knowledge needed to make wise and informed decisions about water conservation. Our main project this year will be a group research that offers innovative and cost effective ways of using water sustainably.”

The highlight of this research will be the use of the research findings to install water saving and recycling system in the home of a resident in Belair, the release said.
