SVGBC launches Christmas promotion

St. Vincent and the Grenadines Broadcasting Corporation Ltd (SVGBC) promises to entertain Vincentians this Christmas with a series of Christmas promotions and programmes.{{more}}

Marketing Manager of SVGBC Candice Sealey, at a press conference on Monday, November 22, to launch the promotions, stated that the major promotion will take the fashion of the popular show the “Weakest Link”.

Referring to the promotion as the “Beast” of all Christmas promotions, Sealey stated that callers will go head to head answering questions on EZEE Radio as well as on HITZ FM. The persons must, however, say “save” before answering a question to add points to their score. The last two callers will go head to head, with the winner getting the opportunity to win instant prizes.

Sealey also announced several other Christmas activities for SVGBC including a Hitz FM “Taking it to the streets” early morning session, where persons will be visited at their homes and asked what EVE products they are using for breakfast.

Sealey added that SVGBC will also be partnering with the SVG Hotel and Tourism Association to stage an in-studio programme featuring cooks and chefs who will be preparing recipes using local foods will also be prepared.

SVGBC will also be teaming up with local sponsors to offer consumers other promotions as well as chances to win prizes.
