Caesar studied at the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus, from where she graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree with Upper Second Class honours. She then attended the Hugh Wooding Law Schoo, where she received the Oswald J Wilson Memorial award for the most outstanding performance in the area of Landlord and Tenant.

Making a presentation to the court on Caesar’s behalf, Lawyer Theodore Browne highlighted Caesar’s achievements and also credited her disciplined, brilliant personality as a product of good parental training. He added that the Law profession continues to attract the brightest and most beautiful persons.

He further described Caesar as a strong individual, though she may appear quiet, who is ready to come to the defence of persons who are oppressed, marginalized or those who are suffering.

Also making remarks, Lawyer Rechanne Browne-Matthias described Caesar as a devout Christian with a passion for church and her family. Browne-Matthias stated that it is Caesar’s belief in God that makes a difference in whatever she does.

Brother Saboto Caesar also congratulated his sister on her achievements, adding that the legal profession needs individuals who will improve the jurisprudence.

Referring to her brother as her hero, Caesar stated that it was his support as well as that of her parents that got her through her years of studies. She also gave thanks to God for her achievements.

Caesar said that she holds the legal profession in very high regard, as it offers her an opportunity to change the world. She said that she endeavours to uphold the integrity and loyalty of the court and the state of St. Vincent and the Grenadines.(OS)
