Digicel opens at new Aunt Jobe’s

Digicel has joined the Aunt Jobe’s Supermarket family, and as consequence, Digicel’s customers now have another ultramodern facility where they can conduct their telecommunications affairs during the day and also at night.{{more}}

On Friday, September 17, Digicel opened a new store. The newest addition to the Digicel family is located inside the Aunt Jobe’s Supermarket’s Arnos Vale Branch. On entering the supermarket, customers who make a right turn are greeted by the ideally located Digicel shop and their always helpful and smiling Customer Care Representatives.

Dealer Accounts Executive Fanta Williams described the new location as “ideal”. She said that the company always wanted to move the Digicel footprint “out to this end of the St. Vincent and the Grenadines” but never got the opportunity, coupled with the ideal location. Williams added: “We had not in the past been able to make the ideal partnership, so when this came along we were very, very excited about it.”

Persons visiting the new location will be able to do all prepaid operations, including the purchasing of SIM cards, SIM replacements, top ups and in the next few days post paid bill payments and post paid activations. Persons can also buy handsets. Williams said that as Digicel adds different services they will also be available at the Digicel Aunt Jobe’s location. The new store is open during the same hours as the supermarket. Opening hours Monday to Saturday are from 7 a.m. until 10 p.m. while on Sunday services can be accessed between the hours of 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

“This is what makes us different,” said Williams.
