Lawyer says she defended Primus

Lawyer Kay Bacchus-Browne has clarified that she did not represent Chief Surveyor Adolphus Olliverre, first defendant in a high court case involving the ownership of a Toyota Rav 4 motor vehicle.{{more}}

Bacchus stated that it was the second defendant, Loreston Primus, that she defended, adding that she has since made an appeal on behalf of Primus.

It was Lawyer Ronald Marks who represented Olliverre in court. Bacchus-Browne further stated that the error was a mistake of the court and that they have since apologized and corrected the error.
