Church’s Chicken, Mario’s Pizza, open on Bay Street

Variety that is affordable and a taste that will leave the taste buds wanting more.

All this was complemented by a comfortable dining atmosphere, as the Vincentian public was introduced to the taste of Church’s Chicken and Mario’s Pizza, the two newest fast food franchises to come to the shores of St Vincent.{{more}}

“People now have the opportunity of more choice. They no longer have to go to one fast food chain,” McSherry Hackshaw, manager of the two food outlets, told SEARCHLIGHT.

“They (customers) now

have a wider selection,” he continued.

Whether it is the choice of succulent chicken, wraps, sandwiches or delicious pizza and ice cream, patrons are being promised an experience like no other and at an affordable price.

“We have made sure that we put our prices to benefit the customer’s pocket,” Hackshaw said.

The doors of both outlets were officially opened for business on Wednesday, June 9. However, members of the public were given the opportunity of a taste test on Tuesday.

“Tuesday’s exercise was to see which products the public will prefer,” Hackshaw explained, saying that the idea was to expose the public to the new franchise.

And what was the general reaction one may ask?

Hackshaw noted that while spicy foods are an acquired taste among Vincentians, they generally preferred something that was mild – and that is exactly what patrons can expect.
