The 21-year-old Assistant Operator of the St. Vincent Electricity Services Ltd (VINLEC) was reportedly shot by another young man of his community on Friday, April 16, 2010.

Reports claim the young men were aboard a minibus travelling to Calder when an argument developed over a camera that had fallen on to the floor.

Shortly after they had alighted the vehicle, Bibby received a bullet to the chest.

The police have identified Collin Black, of Calder, as a character of interest in the matter.

Black was reportedly taken into custody last Wednesday, accompanied by his lawyer Ronald Marks. (HN)
