The Cub ScoutS of the Park Hill Government School recently visited and presented Brian “Bud” Glasgow with a basket of goodies. Glasgow was visibly moved as he acknowledged scout leaders Hassan Wickham and Hewlin Brewster. The gift was part of the Cub Scouts’ community outreach programme.{{more}}

Glasgow, a Park Hill residence, is stricken with polio, and is, therefore, limited in movement. He is dependent since he has no visible means of income. The smile that resonated from his face was enough to motivate the young scouts in their endeavour to serve humanity.
