Doris D. Charles graduated on January 11, 2010, with a Master of Laws degree from Kingston University in the UK. Doris is the daughter of Ruby Mattis and stepdaughter of Erry Mattis (deceased) of Vermont.{{more}}
She is the mother of two sons: Mikhail and Chevanev and is the wife of Maxwell Charles – Minister Counsellor, St. Vincent and the Grenadines High Commission in London.
Before migrating to the United Kingdom, Charles worked as Senior Co-operative Officer – Ministry of National Mobilization; teacher at the Girlsâ High School; teacher at the Buccament (Dubois) Government School and the Layou Government Schools.
Doris wishes to express sincere thanks to all those significant persons who have contributed to her overall development in many ways. These include church and family members.
