Digicel has made another significant donation to culture in St.Vincent and the Grenadines with the handing over of EC$20,000 to JâOuvert promoters RJR. {{more}}
On Tuesday from Digicelâs base in the Sprott Brothers Building on Bay Street, Marketing Executive at Digicel Edmund Joachim commenting on the donation said, âThis is our contribution to culture and its continued development. Every year we try to sponsor JâOuvert because we know that it is something people enjoy and loveâ.
This year, RJR will bring to the public âPureâ. Marketing Director Roger Adams thanked Digicel for their continued support, âand for once again partnering with RJR to present a fun filled and packed presentation for 2009â.
Public Relations Officer (PRO) Jeremiah Howard added that RJR is into its twelfth year of producing what he calls âone of the most anticipated events on the Carnival calendarâ.
âMany persons still talk with fond memories of Cloud 9 and this year action will be even hotter the giveaways and branding even more spectacular. We continue to grow and we continue to strive to bring our RJR family the best in quality entertainmentâ, said Howard.
Howard said that apart from âPure,â patrons can look forward to, âCarnival Flip Flopâ.
