The first in a series of monthly draws in the National Commercial Bank (SVG) Ltd. 4th Annual Christmas Loan campaign was held at the Bedford Street Headquarters on Tuesday December 9th 2008.{{more}}

The draws, which were done by Staff Nurse Jolene Toney, the 2nd Runner-up in MISS SVG 2008, and witnessed by Shaun Ferdinand from the auditing firm of Pannell Kerr Forster, was hosted by the Bank’s Public Relations Officer, Cheryl Rodriguez.

Seven lucky NCB customers each won $1,000.00.

Ava John of Redemption Sharpes from the Retail Lending Department upstairs the Halifax Street Branch, Wayne and Jennifer Sandy of Glen of the Halifax Street Branch, Doitte Horne of Georgetown, Roslyn Williams of Chateaubelair, a customer of the Barrouallie Branch, Clurdon Richards of Bequia, Johnny Kydd of Canouan and Sherma Alexander of Union Island.

The winners were grateful to the NCB for the timely facility and encouraged others to utilize the service.

In January 2009 seven customers who qualify for loans in December 2008 will each win one thousand dollars. In February 2009 seven customers who qualify for loans in January 2009 will each win one thousand dollars and all Christmas loan customers, including winners, will be eligible for the Grand Prize of “Get back what you borrowed up to $25,000.00”.
