The concert, which was dubbed “Youth Xplosion,” saw a flow of performances from some of this country’s best youth talent.

The Band Eden, which has as its lead singer Tamara Jackson, of Digicel Rising star fame, gave a sterling performance. The band Basics was not to be outdone with their renditions which resembled those of the Jackson Five.

The predominately young audience was in an uproar when Shirbins and Company and popular dance group Ground Breakers hit the stage. Their robotic movements and high energy performance went down well with the audience. La Gracia Dancers also gave a splendid performance.

The concert was held in conjunction with St Vincent Planned Parenthood Association. (VM)
