The new BlackBerry Pearl Flip provides flip phone fans with the advanced power of a BlackBerry smartphone in a familiar and fun design. The quad-band EDGE based handset comes with a wide range of powerful features and functionality, including the mobile industry’s leading messaging solution and a wide range of impressive Internet and multimedia capabilities. Thousands of other mobile lifestyle and business applications are also available.

The BlackBerry Pearl Flip comes with two high-resolution, light-sensing color displays; an external LCD, which makes it easy to preview incoming emails, text messages and phone calls without opening the handset and a large, 240 x 320 internal LCD display for reading messages, watching videos and viewing web pages and photos with impressive detail and contrast.

LIME’s Executive Vice President Commercial, Mariano Doble anticipates that the BlackBerry Pearl Flip will be a popular addition to the line of BlackBerry smartphones already offered by the company. “Flip phones have been a favourite of millions of users around the world and with the BlackBerry Pearl Flip they can finally combine cutting edge functionality with their preferred choice of handset style,” he said.
