Digicel has launched its new rewards promotion. Top up your handset with $10 or more and you’re instantly entered in a daily draw where you can win EC$1,000.{{more}}

Last Monday, November 3rd, at the Grenadine House Hotel, in Kingstown Park, one of the first two winners, Christopher Hanson, collected his winnings from Digicel’s Country Manager Sonia Polius.

Hanson said that he was overjoyed at winning the money and when asked what were his plans for it, he answered: “I’m going to pay some outstanding bills and put some in the bank because you know the old people say you have to save something for a rainy day”.

Hanson, who hails from Kingstown Park, is an electrician, tiler and mason. He says that he has been using Digicel’s service for over four years now.

Polius used the opportunity to talk about the new rewards promotion which will run indefinitely.

“We always ask ourselves the question: How can we reward our customers in a way that can give them some relief in these challenging times? The answer: We have decided to implement a new rewards programme”.

The new rewards programme began on November 1st. The other winner, from Sunday, November 2nd, was Carlos McLauren, of Canouan.

Polius added: “We listen to our customers and we constantly adapt our services and products to meet their needs because if it matters to you it matters to us; our customers have come to expect that we will give them value”.

Marketing Manager Juno DeRoche added: “Every month we look at ways that we can give incentives to the public.”
