Helping to sensitize the public were Country Manager of Digicel Sonia Polius, Channel Manager Gershom Dick and Corporate Accounts Manager Brenda Barbour, among others.
The items showcased included different models of the Blackberry handset, the Digicel cellular PBX, the PBX module and the companyâs wireless modem.
According to a release from the Chamber, the event was held âin a continued effort to fulfill the mandate of promoting businesses and building a strong business network.â This âBusiness after Hoursâ was the second in a series of monthly sessions organized by the Chamber, which in their opinion âallow members of the business community to network in a casual social settingâ.
Senior Vice President of the SVGCIC Andrew Woodroffe said he was happy the Chamber is playing such an integral role in promoting good relations amongst the business community, while Polius (Digicelâs Country Manager) commented that Digicel is committed to providing affordable and innovative mobile communications.
In keeping with Digicelâs standard of always looking for a way to give something back to the public, Rhondel Dickson received a free Samsung D900 mobile handset.
