Bacchus-Browne files 2nd case against Dr. Gonsalves

Another case alleging indecent assault against Prime Minister Dr Ralph Gonsalves has been filed, but Dr Gonsalves remains unmoved, determined to continue to do the work of governing the country.{{more}}

“It is all falsehood…I will let my lawyers deal with that,” Dr Gonsalves told SEARCHLIGHT.

At a press conference to deal with the legal steps being taken in the matter of police woman who has accused Dr Gonsalves of raping her, lawyer for the claimant in this new matter Kay Bacchus-Browne confirmed that an April 14th court date has been set for hearing of this new matter before the Family Court.

The case was filed on March 13th.

SEARCHLIGHT understands that the charge stems from a matter that allegedly occurred in January of 2004.
