Last Tuesday, the Company fulfilled its corporate responsibility and responded to an urgent need of the School for a television to advance the Programme in this School.
Under its âA Policy of Trustâ initiative, the Company donated a 32 inch JVC Television, which will now allow the 14 members of Staff and 240 Students, up to Form 3, to actively and aggressively address serious reading and social challenges faced by many of the Students.
The School has identified that remedial reading and social skills development form a crucial part of their instructional provisions and counselling procedures. As such, the television will be used as a critical tool in allowing the school to achieve its objectives of
creating the enabling environment for the students to maximise their full potential and become rounded individuals, equipped to contribute significantly to our society.
âThe St. Hill Insurance Company Limited is delighted to be a part of this process and by extension the development of our Nation,â a release from the company said.
