Digicel rewards lucky patrons

Fastest growing mobile telecommunications provider Digicel, in celebration of their fifth anniversary, distributed prizes to five lucky patrons at the Jah Cure show held last Saturday at the Victoria Park.{{more}}

Five boxes were strategically hidden throughout the park and had to be recovered and brought back stage. In return, the lucky patrons received boom boxes and back packs, including credit, and one lucky person won a Sony Ericsson handset with $25 credit.

Japheth Garrick of Sion Hill was one of those patrons and admitted that he had only come to enjoy the musical vibes of the concert but never expected to win the phone.

Digicel’s Marketing Executive Edmund Joachim said the five hidden boxes were all in keeping with the theme of the mobile telecommunications provider’s fifth anniversary. Joachim also assured Digicel phone users that they should expect more in times to come.
