SVG Police get computers
The partnership which has been established between the Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force and Holland College in Prince Edward Island, Canada has yielded the Police Force some tangible benefits.{{more}}
The College has donated one hundred and nineteen (119) pieces of computer equipment to the Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force. The Acting Commissioner of Police Mr. Bertie Pompey said that the gesture is a magnanimous one. He said that the computers would be distributed to all Branches of the Force and some would be utilized to establish a computer lab at the Coast Guard Service.
He is of the view that the computers would enhance the working environment of the men and women in the Police Force thereby increasing the Forceâs productivity.
