SOL station going Fresh ’N Fast

Sol, the providers of Shell V Power oil, have once again set the trend for service gas stations in the Eastern Caribbean by becoming the first to be providers of a “Fresh N’ Fast” food snackette.

At the opening last Monday at Arnos Vale, Sol Manager, Steve Francis announced that the outlet was now an improved gas refill station, convenient grocery centre and a “Fresh ‘N Fast” brand snackette.{{more}}

He described the relationship between Fresh N’ Fast and Sol as a marriage where two bands could co-exist harmoniously while respecting each other’s individuality. Francis pointed out that in a globalised world this was necessary and Sol was changing the way service gas stations operate in this country. He also bragged that soon financial transactions could be made at their service stations and other plans were in the pipeline.

Meanwhile, Executive Director of Sol, Stewart Gill said that his company was proud to make this country the first to distribute Sol V Power Oil at Pembroke and was again excited to have St Vincent the first to set up Fresh N’ Fast at its service station.

Gill said that not only were the snacks tasty but they were being sold under the strictest HACCP standards and the staff was highly trained to meet such benchmarks.

At the opening, the Executive Director said that Sol was committed to ensuring that the public gets efficient energy solutions and was closely monitoring the Venezuelan Petro Caribe initiative which seeks to distribute more affordable oil to the Caribbean.

Gill admitted that his company would continue to work with the various governments to ensure a sustainable role for all parties involved.
