Common Entrance Examination, CXC Awards Friday, March 23

The Ministry of Education will host the 2006 CXC and Common Entrance Examinations Awards Ceremony on Friday, March 23, 2007, at the Methodist Church Hall, beginning at 1:00 p.m.

The Awards will be distributed as follows: Top CXC Performers in Secondary Schools; Top Performers in Humanities, Business, Science and Technical and Vocational Subjects at CXC; Top Male Performer (CXC); Top Female Performer (CXC); School with the best 2006 CXC results; School with the most improved CXC results; Individual with the best National CXC results; Top Performers at Common Entrance.

The gathering is expected to be addressed by the Prime Minister and the Hon. Minister of Education. Sponsorship for the Awards Ceremony will be provided by Cable & Wireless.
