Ann Moore of Largo Heights was the lucky second prize winner of the National Lotteries Authority’s Scratchy Win and Bling promotion. She was presented with her prize of a refrigerator. Moore said when she got the call stating that she had won she said she was shocked, “I didn’t believe at first, cause it was so overwhelming.”

She added that she had planned on buying a fridge but says it’s a good thing that she waited.

Moore said she has been playing Scratchy for a number of years and this is the first time she has won anything.
