CRD brings cheer to Milton Cato Hospital

The Canouan Resort Development Ltd. (CRD) on Tuesday added to the Christmas cheer at the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital when the developers handed over 40 stuffed toys, clothing and 400 pairs of bedroom slippers to the Hospital.

The items were donated by families in Italy, with the shipping from Italy paid for by CRD. Iva-Lisa Mendes, Public Relations Officer for CRD, said that she thought that the hospital was an excellent place to be the recipient of the items as there were many children at the hospital in need of comfort toys as well as the basic necessities.

The Bread of Life Community, the Salvation Army and the Louis Punnett Home were also recipients of CRD’s generosity on Tuesday.
