GHS gets new Dell computer

The Girls’ High School received a donation of a Dell Dimension Desktop Computer from the National Insurance Services, last Friday 28.

Headmistress Andrea Bowman says the computer “will assist in providing easier access to new bodies of information relevant to the new challenges faced by the GHS”. {{more}}

Flavia Howard and John Renton, two teachers at the 93-year-old institution, received the equipment from a technician from Computec, the local Dell dealers from which the computer was sourced.

This new computer, which will be connected to the Internet, will be placed for the convenience of members of staff in the office of the deputy Headmistress.

The Girls’ High School is already equipped with a computer laboratory.
