Guardsman gives scholarship

In only one year Guardsman SVG Limited is making great strides in being the security provider and employer of choice.
They awarded an annual scholarship valued at EC$1000 to Felicia Antoine. {{more}}
The scholarship is open to the children of all permanent employees who passed the common entrance examination and are entering secondary school in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. The scholarship is valid for five years and the recipient is expected to maintain a minimum average of 65% each semester during the tenure of the scholarship.
The second such scholarship was awarded to Felicia Antoine of Brighton who would be attending the Girls’ High School. Her mother Annetta Antoine, administrative assistant, accepted the scholarship on her behalf. The scholarship would cover the cost of books, uniform and other school supplies.
The first scholarship was awarded to Daniel Hazelwood who is attending the St. Martin Secondary School.
