Tears also fell freely from the faces of patrons who connected with the Grammy Award winner, as she ministered to the audience, with songs from her ever-increasing repertoire.
The Atlanta, USA-based Cobbs headlined the Faith Promotions concert, which saw local, regional and international gospel singers and musicians performing to a close to capacity crowd, which turned out for food for their souls.
Also performing was St Vincentâs very own Kiyokya Cruickshank-Jack, as well as the group âCalled Out,â Neisha Woods out of Barbados, and Canada-based Vincentian Zina Edwards.
Cobbs performed some of her well-known hits like âAhh,â âHappyâ and the ever-popular âBreak Every Chain,â which had concert goers, young and old, male and female, shouting and cheering, and breaking into dance and tears.(JJ)
