âAs the pioneers of community lighting here in St Vincent and the Grenadines, we are being creative, using the skills and the talents of the members of the community and have desisted from using prefabricated and commercial items to depict our theme,â Llewellyn quipped.
Llewellyn said the team of workers is burning the midnight oil, not just to decorate the intersection, but to laminate the lives of many at this time of year.
