Aidonia, with his distinctive raspy tones and smart lyrics, has become a favourite among fans across the Caribbean with songs like “Tan Tuddy”, “Fi Di Jockey” and “Run Road”. Aidonia, who is also an avid football lover and supports Real Madrid FC, says he will be delivering a performance that lives up to the GUINNESS “Made of More” campaign.

“There is a natural synergy between music and football, and GUINNESS combining the two is a great idea, as the GUINNESS man loves football as much as he loves music,” said Aidonia. “I’m a GUINNESS drinker and whether I’m playing football or performing onstage I always want to prove what I’m made of. Aidonia is Made of More…”

The new GUINNESS campaign, Made of More, speaks to persons who choose to be bold in their decisions, who choose to be distinctive and who value the philosophy that the more you put in the more you get out. GUINNESS consumers across the Caribbean are getting the chance to exhibit this trait through the GUINNESS Street Football Challenge, a community-focused scrimmage competition that allows the teams to show just what they’re made of.

“A big part of the GUINNESS Street Football Challenge is the entertainment factor. Music plays a big role in the lives of our consumers, specifically reggae and dancehall, and we’re happy to have Aidonia on board to show what Made of More looks like through music,” said

Gareth Geddes, GUINNESS brand manager for the Caribbean.

This is the third staging of the GUINNESS Street Football Challenge. Eight Caribbean countries (Trinidad and Tobago, Guyana, St Vincent and the Grenadines, St Lucia, St Kitts and Nevis, Grenada, Antigua and Dominica) are participating with all the local champions converging on the isle of St Vincent from June 21 to 22, where the Caribbean champion will be decided.
