âBecause of that, we have always seen it fit to be sure that we play an integral part in carnival.
âItâs the hottest carnival in the Caribbean and it is the biggest celebration we have in St Vincent and the Grenadines,â he stated.
The Hairoun Brand Manager said that it is for those reasons that the Brewery is a platinum sponsors for carnival and is always proud to be able to contribute to all the different aspects that make up carnival.
Medica said that they are very proud to support all the rural carnival activities and pledged the Breweryâs support throughout the season.
In thanking the St Vincent Brewery Ltd, Ezzie Roberts, Coordinator for rural carnival said the sponsorship for all rural carnival activities is an occasion to remember.
âOn many occasions, the rural carnivals have had to ask for sponsorship and on many occasions only a few of them were getting sponsorship from the Brewery, while others were unable to get sponsorship.
âIt is the first time that all the rural carnivals are getting sponsorship from the St. Vincent Brewery and it is something that we must take note of,â Roberts said.
Meanwhile, the representatives from the various rural carnival committees who were present at the press conference, individually thanked the St Vincent Brewery Ltd for their sponsorship.
Also present at Fridayâs press conference were 2012 Carnival Queen Contestant Jovonne John who is also sponsored by the St Vincent Brewery Ltd and the Hairoun Ambassadors First Lady and Tabia.(AA)
