Jackson off to Bold and Beautiful Pageant

With her style and confidence, 41-year-old Diana Jackson of North Union said that she will be bringing home the title of Miss Bold and Beautiful International. {{more}}

Jackson, who was recently crowned Miss Caribbean Bold and Beautiful, said that on Saturday March 18 at the Arena Complex in St. Thomas, British Virgin Islands she intends to make the audience come alive.

The feisty mother of two, who is also the sister of Soca music recording star Jamesy P, said that she is on a mission to help full-figured ladies believe in themselves.

She explained,”We, too, are good lovers, flexible and sexy. Full-figured ladies must look at themselves on a higher scale so that society sees that also. After all we are fearfully and wonderfully made by God”

The driven and focused Jackson said that she will be strutting her stuff against 16 other countries and states in Swimwear, Evening wear, National Costume and Talent, but believes her strength lies most in her talent.

She elaborated, “My Evening Wear will be done by Nina Solomon and it will depict the lushness of the country.

My costume which will be designed by Julian “Pilling” Pollard will showcase the magnificence of La Soufriere. But my talent is going to blow the crowd away because I’m going to give them everything that is Vincentian.”

The proud ambassador will be going up against contestants from Tobago, Barbados, Dominica, Trinidad, British Virgin Islands, California, Tennessee, Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia, Oregon, Illinois and host country St.Thomas.
