Tortilla Breakfast
Complete with all your favourites, a perfect grab and go meal.
You will need:
2 Large eggs
4 Tbsp liquid milk
Breakfast meat of your choice
A few slices tomato
All-purpose seasoning to taste
1 Tbsp onion diced
1 Tbsp pepper diced
1/ 4 tsp Paprika
Black pepper to taste (Optional)
Grated Mild Cheddar or Mozzarella Cheese
Tortilla wrap
Oil for frying
Method:
In a bowl whisk the eggs, milk, all-purpose seasoning, paprika and black pepper. In a hot frying pan add the breakfast meat of your choice, pepper and onion to sautee. Once cooked, lower the heat of the frying pan, then pour the egg mixture into the frying pan. Do not push the mixture around,
as you want it to be an omelet. Before the mixture has cooked completely you place a tortilla wrap on top of the mixture. Once the mixture has cooked completely, flip it so the tortilla is on the
bottom. Place the cheese and tomato on top. Cover the frying plan for about 2 minutes then flip half of the omelet onto the other half. Take is out of the frying pan and cut into half or quarters if you wish and enjoy. Feel free to add anything else you may like, such as avocados or cucumber.
