This may be a bit of a controversial product due to the use of MSG for some, but I have no issue using this product. This Chinese Seasoning is so wonderful I use it in any vegetable stir fry I am doing. It really does make the dish pop with flavor. It isn’t just limited to stir fry, but I do find it best in these dishes as sometimes they do need a little help on the flavor end. This seasoning is a one stop shop of flavor. I simply add my vegetables to the pan (fresh or frozen vegetable doesn’t matter) add a little water and sprinkle a small amount of Chinese seasoning into the pot and stir then let simmer and dry out. If you want to add more then feel free to do so however, remember it is going to become more concentrated as it reduces so you don’t want to add too much. My personal favorite and quickest stir fry dish is some cabbage, carrot broccoli or cauliflower cut up into small pieces, done exactly as stated above and the vegetables come out perfect every time with my little miracle seasoning.
