Easy Cake Pops

If you are having a gathering of any sort, I think cake pops are just the cutest and easiest things to make. This method is the quickest way that I know how to make it.

You will need:

1 Box cake mix of any flavour
1 bag chocolate chip (more if doing a large batch)
Candy sticks or skewers (cut as desired)
Parchment Paper
1 tub frosting

Method:
Bake box cake mix as directed. Once cake is cooled, break the cake into crumb. Take a tbsp of cake crumbs and place into your hand. Squeeze into a compressed ball and place on a plate with candy sticks or skewers in centre. To melt the chocolate, use the microwave or stove top directions on the package. If you want to make different colours, buy the white chocolate, melt as directed and add a few drops of colour to the chocolate and mix until completely incorporated. Once that is done, take the cake pops and dip into the chocolate, making sure to cover the entire surface. Place it onto the parchment paper and let dry. To speed up time, feel free to place them in the fridge. Another method is to use a tub of frosting and use the same method, however you will have to place them in the fridge to cool and harden, as frosting doesn’t harden at all. Use any desired sprinkle to decorate.
Tip: If the cake balls are not holding together, add up to a tbsp or more of frosting to help keep the crumbs together.
