Damage and attempted theft at BOSVG ATM machine in Georgetown under investigation
THE POLICE IN Georgetown have launched an investigation following the damage to an ATM machine at the Georgetown branch of Bank of St Vincent and the Grenadines (BOSVG). In a release the police said the investigation is looking into the offences of damage to property, and attempted theft. These offences occurred between Thursday June 22, and Friday June 23, 2023, on the Georgetown premises of the bank.
The incident was caught on video which is currently in circulation, and the police said the suspect in the video is a subject of interest in the investigation. The assistance of the public is being solicited in identifying the suspect.
