Dog lover shot dead

A man who a few weeks ago posted a comedic video that went viral warning persons to stay home, did not obey his own words, and was gunned down in Kingstown on Wednesday night.

Dead is Curtis “Lopez” Mc Fee, originally from Largo Height, but residing at lower Redemption Sharpes.

Persons said that around 7 p.m., Lopez was in the vicinity of the National Lotteries Authority (NLA) headquarters at Paul’s Avenue when he was shot dead by what some describe as a man wearing a COVID-19 mask.

The past student of the St. Vincent Grammar School (SVGS) who also went by the monikers “Machine” and “Motor Mouth” was described as “fun loving” and a “highly recognized athlete” who loved dogs.

The 24-year-old was the father of a little girl, and is the 13th homicide for 2021.
