Police reports state that on Tuesday, October 7, the teenaged boy was walking in the Paul’s Avenue area when the other student, aged 14, approached him and slapped him. Reports are that the 14-year-old then pulled a piece of board and attempted to hit the 15-year-old, but he (the 15-year-old) managed to take it away. The 14-year-old then pulled a knife, which the 15-year-old is said to have taken away and inflicted stabs wounds to the 14-year-old student’s body.

The injured student is in stable condition at the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital.

Meanwhile, the 15-year-old will return to the Family Court next week.
