Pennistion man accused of biting off piece of man’s ear

A 30 year old labourer of Penniston, accused of biting off a piece of a man’s ear is to appear in the magistrate’s court to answer to this and one other offense.

Kamal Small on March 28,2022, was arrested and charged with aggravated burglary and grievous bodily harm, the police said in a release.

They said Small allegedly entered the dwelling house of a 39 year old labourer also of Penniston armed with a cutlass as a weapon, and of allegedly biting off a piece of the man’s ear. The police said the incident occurred at Dubois about 10:50 a.m. on March 22, 2022.
