Redemption Sharpes man charged with robbing woman at gunpoint

Police have arrested and charged Iron Stapleton, a 35-year old Labourer of Redemption Sharpes with the offence of Robbery.

Stapleton is alleged to have robbed a Kingstown park resident of EC $1,500, and placed the complainant in fear of being then and there subjected to force by pointing a gun at her. The incident reportedly occurred in Lowmans Leeward between 6:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. on the November 7, 2018.
