On Wednesday, after deliberating for less than two hours, a nine-member jury brought back the unanimous decisions on both matters.
Wilson was slapped with a third charge of wounding with intent, but the judge, Wesley James, instructed the jury to return a not guilty verdict.
At around 10:30 p.m. on December 22, 2010, WIlson entered the home of Beatrice Samuel of New Montrose, by using a cutlass to chop the door.
The court heard that Beatrice, Mischka Samuel and Kerryann Samuel were asleep when the chopping sound woke them up.
After gaining entry to the house, Wilson chopped Mischka Samuel about her body. The court heard that she fled to the bathroom, followed by Wilson, who continued chopping her.
However, when the girl took the stand to testify on Tuesday, halfway through her evidence, she told the court she would no longer testify in the matter. The other witness, Kerryann, also told the court that she was not giving any testimony in the matter.
Presiding judge Wesley James warned Kerryann that she could be penalized for her actions, but she still refused to testify in the matter.
Only Beatrice Samuel testified in the matter.
