Bailey arrested, charged with wounding with intent

A 36-year-old Mechanic of Rillan Hill is still in police custody after being charged with intent to commit the offence of murder on Iran Dunbar.{{more}}

Terry Bailey appeared at the Kingstown Magistrate’s Court on May 16, 2011, and was put on remand. He was also charged with unlawfully and maliciously wounding Dunbar by shooting him on the left side of his face and back with a gun on May 11, 2011, at Rillan Hill.

Dunbar was shot after he and a man were engaged in an argument over missing livestock.

The matter was transferred to the Serious Offences Court for May 23, 2011.
